Delivery of
Your Order
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being
processed. Please note all shipping times and costs
regarding the shipping method you select.
Normal delivery
to the US is done with USPS and takes approximately 12-14 business days.
For faster delivery service or tracking delivery, please call
1-866-552-4749. We use UPS Global Services for Priority Delivery. ***We
are not responsible for any Duties, taxes, tariffs or customs brokerage
fees.
Those who have not received their orders after the
scheduled delivery date should notify us
immediately so we can investigate the situation for you.
**Regularly Ground and Airmail shipped
items have no guarantee and cannot be tracked. Residents outside North
America should allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. Canadian
orders will be received within a week. If your order is not
received to your satisfaction, contact us right away and our
customer service representatives will gladly assist you.
If your order is not received to your satisfaction,
contact us and we will remedy the problem at once.

For check and
Money Order payments, the orders will be filled and shipped
the day after your check/money order has been received and
cleared.
We ship Monday through Friday.

sure to provide a correct and complete address for shipping.
Payment
All
payments will be in U.S. or Canadian Currencies. **Canadian
customers must pay all applicable taxes. We accept Visa,
MasterCard toll-free at 1-866-552-4749 and through our
secure online website, Paypal online and International money
orders. Please do not send cash through the mail.
All orders
must be paid for before they are shipped. We Do Not accept
COD’s.
Cancellations
All cancellations of your order must be received
NO LATER THAN 12:00 PM (EST) THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
We strive to fill your order and ship it at 1:00 pm (EST)
the next business day to ensure you receive your product in
a timely manner. After your product has been shipped, you
may not cancel your order.

Returns &

Returns
All returns must
be made within 30 days of the date which your order was received. All
items must be returned in the condition they were received. We do
not accept items that have been opened from their original packaging.
Please securely package all unopened fragile items to avoid damage during return shipping. Please include a
copy of your invoice with the merchandise that is to be returned.
Once received, your credit card will be credited in 1 to 2 business
days. Refund checks will be issued in approximately 3 to 5 business
days.

guidelines. Any returned order that does not conform to the above
guidelines will not be accepted for return or exchange, and will be

Exchange Policy
Please include a
copy of your invoice with the merchandise that is to be exchanged. Fill
out the form on the back of your invoice with the items that you would
like to exchange.
